
Basilicata Bianco (Tenuta Angela) – White Wine
Aglianico grapes, grown on the slopes of the ancient Vulture volcano, when vinified in white, it produces this fresh and well balanced wine. The color is light pale straw with a fruity aroma, floral and vanilla undertones. It has a fresh taste with a pleasant toast like finish.

Date of Harvest:
From October 10th to 20th.
Fermentation:
The hand picked grapes are pressed and drained. Then the must is separated and fermentation begins by adding selected yeasts with temperature control of 12 C in stainless steel tanks.
Fining:
At half fermentation, the wine is transferred in barriques where it rests for 12 months, followed by a 6 month fining in the bottle.
Food Pairing:
The perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, and seafood dishes.

13% by Vol.
