
Greco Basilicata (Brianna) – White Wine
A young, fresh and delicate wine, it is a blend of noble white wine of Greek origin. The color is dark pale straw with an intense floral and fruity aromas. It has a fresh, delicate and soft taste, slightly aromatic, with a finish reminiscent of almond and green weed.

From September 20th to October 5th.
Fermentation:
The hand picked grapes are pressed and drained. Then the must is separated and fermentation begins by adding selected yeasts with temperature control of 12 C in stainless steel tanks.
Fining:
In the bottle.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal as an aperitif or with crustaceous and seafood dishes.
Alcohol Content:
12.5% by Vol.
