This prestigious Aglianico brought to Italy by the Greeks, represent a unique vinification of red grapes into white wine producing a fruity and fresh wine. The color is light pale straw with intense floral and fruity aromas. It has a fresh taste with a perfect balance, it is harmonious and delicate.

Date of Harvest:
From October 10th to 20th.
Fermentation:
The hand picked grapes are pressed and drained. Then the must is separated and fermentation begins by adding the selected yeasts with temperature control between 13 and 18 degrees C in stainless steel tanks.
Fining:
In bottle until the wine reaches the perfect level of balance and harmony.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal as an aperitif or with crustaceous dishes, antipasti and seafood. A perfect accompaniment to risotto, white meats, and fresh cheeses.

12.5% by Vol.
