Potassium rich, loose volcanic soil.

Fermentation:
The stalks are removed from the hand picked grapes, before maceration begins with a soft pressing. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Fining:
4 months in bottles
Food Pairing:
A great accompaniment to red meats, game, cheeses and pasta.
Alcohol Content:
12.5% by Vol.
Serving Temperature:
Serve at room temperature. Uncork 20 minutes before serving. |
