A red wine originating in the majestic Siena countryside on the Tuscan ridges. It is rich bodied with an intense ruby red color. The bouqet is consistent and balanced with a pronounced hue of red fruits. The taste is dry, sapid with a perfect balance of acidity and tannins.

Date of Harvest:
The first half of October
Fermentation:
A traditional and controlled method with maceration of the marc above the must for 15-20 days.
Fining:
The wine is left in Slavonia oak barrels for 10 months and then in bottles until reaching a perfect harmonious balance.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with hearty dishes such as pasta, roasts, cheeses and game.
Alcohol Content:
13% by Vol.
Serving Temperature:
Best served at room temperature. Uncork 30 minutes before serving. |
