
Rosso Toscano (Amalia) – Red Wine
A super Tuscan with a great character that is distinguished by the powerful finesse of its bouquet that is consistent with tones of spicy vanilla and sweet tobacco. A rich body with an intense clear ruby red color, this wine is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet, and Merlot grapes. The taste is dry, sapid persistent with notes of cedar and blackberry.

Soil partially sandy and arenaceous.
Date of Harvest:
The first half of October
Fermentation:
A traditional and controlled method with maceration of the marc above the must for 15-20 days.
Fining:
The wine is left in French barriques for 10 months and then in bottles until reaching a perfect harmonious balance.
Food Pairing:
Especially good when served with white and red grilled meats. Ideal with games.
Alcohol Content:
13.5% by Vol.
Serving Temperature:
Best served at room temperature. Uncork 30 minutes before serving. |
